Anything on this site about clearing, grading, drainage or permits is general information offered in good faith. It is not engineering advice for your specific property. Requirements are set by your county and, where applicable, by your project's approved plans, and those always control.
Estimates and quotes
Figures discussed by phone or implied by this site are not binding. A quote becomes an offer only when we put it in writing after seeing your site, and work proceeds under the written agreement for that job.
